Marketing & Sales Strategy (90-Day Sprint):

Goal: To achieve significant sales growth and market penetration within the first 90 days.

Implementation: A multi-channel marketing approach was executed, leveraging various platforms to drive targeted traffic to the store.

Analytics & Performance Tracking: Shopify's Analytics dashboard was used to monitor real-time performance. Key metrics were tracked meticulously, including:
